About Me
Hello, I’m Kai!
I am the owner of KM Bookkeeping Solutions and a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. Since 2021, I’ve been helping small business owners and dental practices gain clarity and confidence in their finances. My goal is to provide personalized, accurate, and affordable bookkeeping services so you can focus on what matters most, running and growing your business.
Before starting my business, I worked as a dental office manager for a few years, handling everything from patient billing and insurance payments to vendor management. That experience gave me an inside perspective on the unique challenges dental offices face and how strong bookkeeping makes all the difference.
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I’ve always loved the outdoors. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me camping and exploring with my husband, our toddler daughter, and our sweet dog Loki. At home, I enjoy sewing, crafting, and caring for my (ever-growing!) indoor plant collection.
